I just wanted to let you know the person who cuts my hair really messed it up! Very disappointed. My sode burns and the neckline are uneven. Really disappointed

I made an appointment this past Saturday (6/27/2020) using the online method. The online service told me there was a 104 minute wait and my time was scheduled for 2:08 pm. I showed up at your location at about 20 mins early and checked in with the front desk, they said i had to wait outside and they would call me. I waited till 2:00 and then went back inside to find i had been skipped and my appointment for 2:08 was canceled. They told me they could not find me so they skipped me. I am VERY upset about this. I followed all directions and then could not get my hair cut. Please call me.

I've been trying to contact Ann area Mgr and the owner and keep getting the run around. It is imperative that I speak to at least an area Mgr but prefer to speak to Matt. I have serious liability and concerns about it becoming a hostile environment for the employees and clients.
