Stylist Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Bandera Pointe

Been going there for several years and almost always left the place satisfied. Today...for the first time in my life I have experienced a bad haircut! Darlyn is the stylist who did my hair, did not introduced herself, only shook hands and directed me to her chair...only asked me the clip size based on what was from her slip. She didnt asked how I wanted from the top nor where to trim my sideburns, nor dod she asked how I wanted my neckline shaped...after it was done, I told that I never had my "sides" trumed almost to the top of my head...making it look like a mohawk!!! I am 60 years old not a 16 year old for heaven sakes!!! She didnt offer to correct it or give me any kind of compensation!!! If you got a Darlyn with a bleached or white hair...be aware!

My first time in and Denise cut my hair the way I wanted her to cut it. With the VIP treatment, it was great. I will be back.
